Cal-SOAP Locations

The California Student Opportunity and Access Program (Cal-SOAP) is a state and federal program designed to assist first generation and low-income students. Since its beginning in 1978, Cal-SOAP has grown from four projects to 15 projects all over the state of California and is currently administered by the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC).
